Fields of Expertise RURAL PROPERTY AGENCY We act in the sale and acquisition of land, farms, estates, equestrian, residential and commercial property by auction, private treaty or tender. COUNTRY HOUSE We specialise in the sale and marketing of Country Houses in Gloucestershire, Somerset, Wiltshire and Monmouthshire. We provide a personal service tailored to meet our client’s needs and are firmly of the belief that it is how a property is presented, marketed and promoted that achieves results and not necessarily the proximity of an agent to the property for sale. The Country House Team operates from the Wrington office. ESTATE MANAGEMENT We offer practical advice and management services for paddocks, woodland, agricultural land and traditional country estates. AGRICULTURAL, RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL LETTING AGENTS We are experienced in the negotiation, creation, dispute resolution and resumption of all types of leasehold interest. Our estate management services include asset management planning, portfolio administration including rent collection, drawing up schedules of condition and service of notices. VALUATIONS We provide valuations for asset transfer, taxation, insurance, partnership formation and dissolution purposes. We are agents for the Agricultural Mortgage Corporation and are on the high street banks’ valuation panels. FARM COMMODITIES As agents we trade entitlements under the Single Payment Scheme and milk quotas. We conduct auctions of farm implements, plant machinery, 4 x 4’s as well as livestock and fodder. AGRI-BUSINESS In an increasingly changing agricultural economy we are specialists in advising upon the Single Payment Scheme, Agri-Environmental Schemes, Woodland and Rural Grants. We also prepare asbestos, waste and soil management plans. PLANNING AND DIVERSIFICATION As Planning and Diversification Consultants we advise on the appropriateness of schemes in accordance with national and local planning policy.  We specialise in new build, redevelopment, diversification and option agreement projects.  We can prepare appraisals, marketing reports, planning statements, design and access statements and flood risk assessments to accompany planning applications.  We negotiate with the Local Planning Authority throughout. BUILDING SURVEYING AND DESIGN SERVICES Our in-house building surveyor provides architectural drawings and project management services encompassing new build, restoration and conversion work for agricultural, residential and commercial properties. FINANCE We are agents for the Agricultural Mortgage Corporation and can advise in obtaining Rural Development Grants.
