Terms
1. Payment is to be received by David James & Partners LLP in full prior to removal of fodder or within 14 days of sale, whichever comes first.
2. All fodder to be collected prior to 31st March 2012 and during reasonable daylight hours.
3. All fodder is sold as seen, with purchasers deemed to have satisfied themselves to the condition beforehand.
4. Where loading assistance is stated as available, this is provided on a reasonable basis and therefore at the discretion of the vendor. The loading will be on the instruction of the purchaser, with no liability whatsoever on the vendor.
