In 2004 David James & Partners introduced
a Building Surveying Department. This service provides
an in house consultancy dealing with all aspects associated
with the build environment. The department is based at
the Old Sodbury office in South Gloucestershire and offers
professional construction expertise covering Bristol,
Somerset, North Devon, Wiltshire, Gloucestershire and
Monmouthshire.
The services offered are: Feasibility Assessments, Measured
Surveys, Building Design, Renovation, Planning Consents,
Building Control, Building Specification, Contract Administration,
Health and Safety Advice, Defect Diagnosis and Strategic
Maintenance. |
